About

I am passionate about diversity and race relations, because the topic is very close to my heart. I am a biracial woman of Caucasian and African-American descent and have experienced first-hand what a lack of diversity education can do. It has always been my desire to promote a discussion about cultural relations and I am extremely interested in understanding how social media is changing the face of human interaction.

Why not combine the two?

I decided to research and study the way social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, Blogger, etc. affect the way humans interact, particularly in regards to race and cultural identity.

I like to throw some love, music and pop culture in their too, but who doesn't?

So here we are. Collide-a-Scope aims to do all of these things and more. I hope you enjoy!
