The Blind Side a Testament to Being Racially Blind

I recently saw the latest Sandra Bullock film The Blind Side. Critics are calling the film the peak of Bullock's career and dubbing it to be a true tear jerker.

And oh how right they are.

The movie is about a young Black man who was taken away from his crack addict mother at a young age and has basically been homeless for most of his life. White and well off, Sandra Bullock's character takes the young man under her wing and into her home- without question of his history, motives nor of his shy antics- and as the true story says he becomes (and now is) a famous NFL football player.

The Blind Side was a truly inspiring story about the good that can come but looking past a persons skin color and into their heart.
